Press release: Painting from Within Workshop Fall 2024

Get in touch with personal images that are just waiting to break free to provide you with messages from your “higher self”. This internal visual world is unique to each individual and will be accessed through hand and brush. Using free form painting techniques we can bypass the judgements and open pathways to discovery. No art experience is required, we will be relying on the stream of consciousness images to show the way.

This workshop is held in support of of Arts and Health month through Mercer County to promote the role of healing, affirming, and nurturing healthy individuals through creating art.
