Save the date! West Windsor Volunteer Fire Co. #1 is hosting its annual Breakfast with Santa, Sunday, December 8th, 8:30AM to 12:30PM, at 153 South Mill Rd., West Windsor, NJ 08550. Featuring a Full Breakfast including pancakes, sausage, eggs, potatoes and more, with coffee and juice beverages, sponsored by our friends at PJs Pancake House, Grover’s Mill Coffeehouse, and McCaffrey's Food Markets. Have a free professional photo taken with Santa, courtesy of Memory Makers Studio and Trophies. Plus, fun activities for children like coloring, games, and a train table! Tour our station and trucks all morning, see what it’s like to be a Volunteer Firefighter at Station 43. All donations support your local volunteer fire company. We are also pleased to partner with the Junior League of Greater Princeton (JLGP) on a Baby Formula Drive. You can drop off new baby formula at WWVFC#1 after Thanksgiving and no later than December 15th. Hope to see you there and don’t forget to bring your appetite! West Windsor needs to hire non-profit development companies like Monarch Housing Associates or The Affordable Housing Alliance that build affordable housing without forcing towns to permit three times more market-rate units. I live in Walden Woods, which initially was an all-affordable development, spearheaded by B
YES!!!!! Every time I asked the mayor to pursue this solution he said that developers would never do it. They don't make enough money. I repeated the crucial part being that they would be "non-profit" and my plea fell on deaf ears.
