Press release: From Ethereal to Real – A Navratri Golu Presentation

This year, West Windsor Arts is thrilled to present a unique Golu that reflects our community’s diversity and creativity. Crafted by local artists Padmaja Ganapathy and team, our Golu explores the pressing issue of global warming through allegory, metaphor, and mythology.
Navratri, the nine-day celebration of divine feminine power, is a vibrant tradition in South India. Traditionally, families display intricately arranged dolls and heirlooms, creating a festive and communal atmosphere.
