PB21-11 is a 324,467 square foot warehouse which is a preliminary/final site plan that has been approved by the Township Council. The development is JDN Enterprises, LLC and the developers are Frank Petrino, an employee from the Eckert Seamans firm. Frank, a lawyer, has experience in acquiring land for real estate purposes. Windsor 8 Logistics would be constructed five miles within NJ Turnpike, 399 Princeton-Hightstown Road in Exit 8. Proximity to the highway is advantageous because it would be an ideal storage area for physical products from logistics businesses and e-commerce “last mile delivery” companies. PB 21-02 would include 88 senior townhomes and the Council has granted approval of the preliminary/final site plan. The development is the Reserve and the developers are Richard Hoff, an employee at Bisgaier Hoff, LLC. Richard, a lawyer, has been successful at using land for a variety of development purposes.
